MTA pitches $65.4 billion capital plan to save mass transit in NYC

The plan promises to keep the city's subways, railroads and buses from falling into disrepair, but transit officials said they need Gov. Kathy Hochul and other lawmakers to figure out how to pay for more than half of the work. [ more › ]
