The NYPD posted a notice on the door of an Upper West Side apartment where an elderly woman and her nephew died last June that bans anyone from entering, even to clean.
The bodies inside were removed in June, but the NYPD sealed the unit until its rightful heir was found. That search has gone nowhere, and neighbors say the home has grown putrid. [ more › ]
