Man accused of setting fires across NYC, including one near sleeping subway rider, police say

Police say surveillance footage shows a suspect setting fire to a pile of garbage alongside a sleeping passenger.

Police charged the 33-year-old with arson after a string of incidents last month involving fires set in Manhattan and Queens. No injuries were reported. [ more › ]
